At the UK Resilience Academy (UKRA), we are passionate about supporting the next generation of resilience and emergency professionals. The Resilience and Emergencies Professional Degree Apprenticeship offers a unique opportunity for individuals to develop the skills, knowledge, and experience needed to anticipate, prepare for, respond to, and recover from emergencies and disruptions.
This innovative work-based route allows apprentices to gain a fully funded degree while applying their learning in real-world settings—helping to build resilience within their organisations and communities. We are keen to support employers in England to take full advantage of this programme, using it to develop their workforce and enhance resilience capabilities.
