Implements place-based interventions to reduce risks, such as flooding, while influencing economic and urban development. This role oversees partnerships, advocates for sustainable investment, and evaluates social, economic, and environmental impacts to support effective adaptation strategies.

Environmental & Ecological Resilience Officer/Coordinator

 Ensures the resilience of ecosystems and biodiversity against environmental risks by developing climate adaptation solutions and advising on planning. Engages with various stakeholders to implement evidence-based, sustainable strategies.

Chief Resilience Officer (CRO)

Provides strategic leadership to integrate resilience into policy and investment decisions, advises on resilience strategies, and coordinates efforts across sectors. The CRO advocates for resilience priorities at national levels and develops programmes for frontline resilience work.

Strategic Enabler

Ensures the effective implementation of resilience outcomes across policies and practises by providing necessary resources and oversight. This role involves aligning resilience objectives with broader goals at various leadership levels and holding all stakeholders accountable.
