The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) is a federal agency which helps the United States respond to and recover from disasters. FEMA’s National Exercise Division has collected and compiled lessons learned and best practices from across the United States’ community of exercise practitioners. Its Exercise Best Practice Guides provide insights on successfully planning and conducting exercises.
